Le Noie (the Annoyances)

A while ago I got the first volume of a story of Italian literature (the sort of books for which a newspaper gives for free the first volume of the series), and this reported something one is usually not taught at school, i.e. that in the '200 a popular literary genre was a kind of composition called le noie which was essentially a "list of annoyances" (called enueg in Provencal).
