LECS support in XAS

Accumulations from LECS FOT data are supported unofficially within XAS as follows (we note in particular in the relevant pages the differences with the way things may be handled in SAXDAS and the similarity with the way things are handled for MECS in XAS) :

data have to be filed normally with fotfile
there is usually just one observation covering all orbits in an observing period (hence one should concatenate 1)
experiment configuration and HK accumulations are currently not supported
data (images, spectra, time profiles, photon lists) accumulations and gain history generation are supported in a way similar to the MECS, in particular inclusive of event corrections
